« Escargots au gratin » (with mushrooms, artichoke bottom, spinach, Béchamel sauce. Topped with melted Swiss cheese)

Mille Feuilles d’Escargots (homemade puff pastry filled with escargots & mushrooms seasoned with parsley, garlic and butter sauce.

• Gravlax de saumon

Signature recipe of marinated fresh salmon cured with French kosher salt (Guérande), dill, black sesame seeds and a touch of lemon vodka with light honey wasabi sauce.

• Soupe de poissons

Traditional French fish soup with a side of Aioli and homemade croutons.

Choice of Main Courses

• Steak Sauce Forestiere

Tender striploin steak sautéed with Mushroom sauce(portobello, shoutaky amd white
mushroom) made with truffle oil inside. Served with French fries.

•Rack of lamb

Baked New Zealand rack of lamb covered with a crust of breadcrumbs, Dijon mustard, garlic
and parsley with a side of Rosemary Burgundy sauce. Served with couscous and fresh veggies of the day

• Limande sole aux Confit de citron

Pan seared Lemon Sole covered with a light lemon confit sauce on a bed of veggies of the day, rice and cauliflower souffle with truffle oil inside.

Choice of Desserts

• Tarte Tatin.(French apple pie)

Homemade French apple pie with caramelized apple served with 1 scoop vanilla ice cream.

• Flan aux oeufs.

French Egg flan with soft caramel on top.

• Clafoutis aux Poires

Homemade soft cake with pear inside and crème anglaise around.
