• Duo d’Escargots : Pairing of

“Escargots au Gratin”
Tender escargots baked with mushrooms, artichokes, and spinach, topped with a creamy Béchamel sauce and melted Swiss cheese.

“Mille-Feuille d’Escargots”
Flaky homemade puff pastry filled with escargots and mushrooms, delicately seasoned with a parsley, garlic, and butter sauce.

• Tartare de saumon.

Fresh and smoked salmon tartare with avocado, French cornichons, and shallots, dressed with our signature seasoning

• Vichyssoise velouté.

Classic potato and leek velouté, served chilled, with the option to enjoy it warm.

Sautéed tender striploin steak with classic pepper sauce, served with French fries.

• Bar aux herbes.

Branzino with herb sauce, served with rice, mixed vegetables of the day, and cauliflower soufflé with truffle oil inside.

Baked New Zealand rack of lamb with a crust of breadcrumbs, Dijon mustard, garlic, and parsley, served with a rosemary Burgundy sauce, couscous, and fresh seasonal vegetables.

• Sole au champagne et portobello.

Pan-seared limande sole with Champagne and Portobello sauce, served on a bed of rice, seasonal mixed vegetables, and cauliflower soufflé infused with truffle oil.

Homemade Baked Alaska, flambéed with Grand Marnier

A classic French dessert featuring fresh pears baked in a light, custard-like batter. Soft, slightly caramelized, and subtly sweet, it’s similar in texture to a flan or baked pancake.
