Recipe from Languedoc, of sautéed duck breast served with a light creamy Madagascar green pepper sauce.
Navarin d’agneau (4 guests minimum)
Old fashioned French recipe of lamb stew, slowly cooked with mixed veggies, tomatoes, garlic & white wine tomato sauce.
Homard en persillade (2 guests minimum)
Oven baked ½ lobster seasoned with “persillade” (parsley, garlic and butter).
Rognons à la moutarde (2 guests minimum)
Traditional French recipe of beef kidney served with a light creamy Dijon mustard sauce.
Beef short ribs “ Bourguignon” (2 guests minimum)
Slow cooking recipe of beef short ribs in a red Burgundy wine sauce.
