Choice of Appetizers 

Escargots “au gratin”
Escargots with mushrooms, artichoke bottom, spinach, Béchamel sauce. Topped with melted Swiss cheese.


Terrine chaude au saumon
Warm “cake” of seasoned fresh salmon baked with eggs, shredded mozzarella cheese and zucchini in a thin puff pastry crust (quiche style).  

Choice of Main Courses

Lasagnes à la Française (French Lasagne)
Our “Unusual” recipe of Lasagne baked with seasoned ground beef (Bolognese style), shredded mozzarella cheese and Béchamel sauce (the French touch…). Served with a side salad.


Limande sole à l’estragon.  
Pan seared Lemon Sole covered with a light tarragon sauce on a bed of veggies of the day.  

Choice of Desserts 

Poire Belle Hélène
Poached pear on top of 1 scoop of ice cream covered with homemade chocolate sauce, sliced roasted almonds and whipped cream.


Crêpe Tatin
Thin and light crêpe filled with caramelized apples (Tatin style), ice cream and whipped cream
