• Duo d'escargots : pairing of
–Mille Feuilles d’Escargots (homemade puff pastry filled with escargots & mushrooms seasoned with parsley, garlic and butter sauce)
&
– Escargots au gratin (with mushrooms, artichoke bottom, spinach, Béchamel sauce. Topped with melted Swiss cheese)
• Foie Gras en Feuilleté
pan seared French duck liver with raspberry vinegar sauce in homemade puff pastry, on a bed apples and grappes sautéed with brandy.
• Tartare de saumon
tartare of fresh and smoked salmon with avocado, French pickles, shallots flavored with our special seasoning.
• Velouté Portobello
Portobello velouté soup.
Choice of Main Courses
• Faux filets sauce aux vin
Ribeye with burgundy red wine sauce and garlic confit.
• Limande sole aux raisins
pan seared boneless lemon sole with vermouth and grapes sauce.
Served with fresh veggies of the day.
• ½ canard à l'orange
½ duck, confit style, with orange sauce, Served with potatoes “au gratin » and fresh veggies of the day.
• Carré d'agneau au romarin
Baked New Zealand rack of lamb covered with a crust of breadcrumbs, Dijon mustard, garlic and parsley with a side of Rosemary Burgundy sauce.
Served with couscous and fresh veggies of the day.
Choice of Desserts
• Tarte Tatin
Homemade apple pie filled with warm caramelized apples, served with creamy vanilla ice cream, fluffy whipped cream, and garnished with roasted almond slices.
• Iles flottantes
fluffy meringue floating on a pool of creamy vanilla custard. Topped with a drizzle of caramel for a delicate, elegant finish.
• Clafoutis aux Poires
traditional puff pastry cake filled with rich almond frangipane, baked to golden perfection. Served with a hidden charm.
