“Escargots au Gratin”
Tender escargots baked with mushrooms, artichokes, and spinach, topped with a creamy Béchamel sauce and melted Swiss cheese.
“Mille-Feuille d’Escargots”
Flaky homemade puff pastry filled with escargots and mushrooms, delicately seasoned with a parsley, garlic, and butter sauce.
• Terrine de Foie Gras
Homemade Foie Gras terrine served with onion confit and homemade Pear Jam.
• Coeur de Tartare de Saumon
Heart-shaped tartare of fresh and smoked salmon, delicately seasoned, resting on a smooth avocado base with capers and finely chopped shallots, subtly enhanced by our house signature seasoning.
• Lobster bisque soup

Braised pork tenderloin with home made Dijon mustard sauce served with mashed potatoes and glazed carrots .
• Faux Filet à la sauce Bordelaise et ail confit
Ribeye Steak with bordelaise sauce and garlic confit served with french fries.
• Truite en papillote
Whole trout « en papillote » served with Ratatouille and persillade sauce (olive oil, garlic and parsley).
• Limande sole Meuniere
Pan-seared limande sole topped with a vibrant sauce Meuniere ( butter and limon juice sauce )served with carrot,zucchini « tagliatelle »and cauliflower soufflée.

• Macaron à la Framboise et Crème de pistache
Raspberry macaron with pistachio pastry cream filling.
• Île Flotante
light poached meringue floating on vanilla custard,topped with caramel.
